Returns Policy


We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

2.Consumer guarantees

We will take all reasonable steps to help you remedy issues relating to faulty items caused by shipping or manufacture purchased through our site.We are responsible for the postage costs.

Please notify us immediately when a fault is identified and do not attempt to fix or disassemble any faulty items yourself as this may invalidate warranties.

We will need proof of purchase with returns and reasonable time limits may apply.

Where products have been damaged through misuse or tampered with, warranties and guarantees may be void.

3.Changing your mind 

Everyone changes their mind now and again, so we will do our best to accommodate you if you change your mind, but please be aware that you will need to accept postage costs for initial delivery and return.

The item(s) should be returned in a condition that is fit for immediate resale as new with any original packaging included.

If items are not in resalable condition, then reasonable deductions may be made in the form of ‘restocking’ fees or non-returnable basis on the condition of the product you purchased.We will contact you with information where this is the case and provide further information as appropriate.

4.Return Time

Quality problems or changing mind or exchanging item can be returned within 14 days.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
